Whenever you want! With no concerns about weather for outdoor shoots, booking in advance makes sure I’ll be there for your special moment. Book your session with enough time to choose outfits without stressing about time! Birth clients should book as soon as they know their due date, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re further along!

For Full Sessions, adding an outfit change gives more variety and looks you can have for your images! I provide a blanket to sit on, but if you have one your family loves, bring it along. If you want to bring props, you are welcome to do so. With that said, the most important thing you bring is you!

Honestly, no. My sessions are very go with the flow. We do not start the session and go down a list of poses. If you have a few poses you would like, I will be more than happy to try to get those, but I cannot promise perfection with factors such as weather, child cooperation and light.

With young kids, I keep sessions moving, they usually wrap in around thirty minutes, I am happy to stay longer if everyone is enjoying. I always prefer to have a fun, short session and have everyone smiling at the end. If a session involves a newborn, it varies depending on changes and feedings. (I have babies so I understand!).

We meet in your home for newborn sessions. For family photos we meet in your home, yard or an outdoor setting - maybe your favorite park or a nature center. We will discuss all this together and find the perfect fit for you.

At the time of booking, there is a $50 dollar booking fee. The rest is dependent on what kind of shoot you’re doing. We will talk about your goals together.

There are never any surprise fees, everything is discussed and agreed upon when we finalize your booking. Extra charges could include a modest travel fee for long distance or a venue fee if your selected venue charges a photographer fee.

Yes! Most sessions can add additional images for $20 dollars per image. These high quality images are edited and scalable.

Absolutely, each photo is professionally edited and retouched by hand. We will discuss the level of editing you want, which can include removing acne or unwanted scars.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate with our desired time, we will find the next available opening and reschedule. I will notify you at least two hours ahead of the session time if I believe we need to reschedule. I do not reschedule for overcast weather, this can create beautiful light!

For most sessions, you will receive your photos within seven business days of your session. I will probably be unable to resist sending you sneak peeks along the way, nobody wants to wait to see the beautiful images! (including me!)

Do not stress! I am a mom and completely understand. Our sessions will be interactive and play based. While we do hope to get some posed shots, my goal is to capture your family in their natural state. Plus, there is a new person there (me!) and we always want our sessions to be a fun experience for your family to enjoy!
